Calvin Harris

I am starting out strong by going with a DJ that I've been rocking out to for over 20 years, Calvin Harris. I've come up with a drink that showcases his geographical origin, and fits the festival spirit of a light easy sipper. This drink is about as Scottish as I could make while still being light and refreshing. This is my Scottish take on a Moscow Mule.

Any good scotch will do, but I used Johnny Walker as it is a blended Scotch with a Lowland scotch as its base to fit Calvin Harris' origin of Dumfries Scotland.

Scottish Mule Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Johnny Walker Red
• 1 oz. Dundee Marmalade
• ¼ oz. Lemon Juice
• Top with Ginger Beer
• Garnish with Mint and Orange Wheel
